How many numbers?
Move the slider to your active users. We plan 100 per number.
Keep some headroom: a number above 80% of a limit shows as at risk, and new users go to the one with the most room.
Good to know
What counts as an active end user?
Someone who wrote to a number in the last 30 days. A number takes up to 100. When it is full it leaves the pick list, but it keeps answering the people it already has.
What happens when a number gets banned?
We retire it and give you a ready number at no cost, with the same label, profile and paid period. You get a number.replaced event with both numbers. The new number starts empty: your own logic moves your users to it, for example by sending them its wa.me link in your app.
Do you keep our messages?
No. Our servers keep no message content: we pass every message through, to your webhook or to WhatsApp, and media people send stays downloadable for 24 hours, then goes. WhatsApp keeps the chats on the number’s phone, like any phone, and the phone and its data are wiped when the number ends.
Can my assistant message people first?
No. End users always write first, because cold messages are what get personal numbers banned. That holds after a ban too: people reach the new number when your app points them to it.
Can I bring my own number?
No, and that is the point. We own and run every number, so a ban never lands on you or your users.
How do I pay?
Top up a prepaid balance by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or crypto, from $49 to $10,000 at a time. Each number takes $49 when you add it and every 30 days after. Top-ups never expire.
What if my balance runs out?
A number that cannot renew keeps working for 3 days of grace, then retires. We email you before that happens.
How do I stop?
Turn off auto-renew on a number. It works until its paid period ends, then retires. No contract and no exit fee.
What is not supported?
Typing indicators, read receipts, sending reactions, replying to a specific message, groups, status and voice notes. An incoming audio arrives as a file.
